Emotion is the primary theme of my work. It fascinates me that visual artwork is a form of communication, and that the message is made in equal parts by the viewer and by the artist. Whatever is ultimately conveyed, I am grateful to be a part of that conversation.

My life in art began unexpectedly.  After a successful career in interpreting services, I faced an unexpected health challenge. I turned to art as a way to find understanding and growth. Finding my voice in art has been one of the most meaningful journey's of my life.
